ACE Institute Private Limited operates in Sri Lanka in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

1. Company registration
ACE Institute Private Limited is a private limited company governed by the Companies Act, No. 7 of 2007, and registered with the Department of the Registrar of Companies, Sri Lanka. Registration details are available on request.
2. Taxation
We are registered with the Inland Revenue Department of Sri Lanka and comply with the Inland Revenue Act, No. 24 of 2017. Applicable taxes, including VAT where relevant, are shown on our invoices.
3. Data protection
We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Electronic communications
Online enquiries, emails and electronic agreements are handled in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act, No. 19 of 2006.
5. Nature of services
ACE Institute provides education, training, business and marketing consultancy. We are not a licensed bank, financial institution, recruitment agency or degree-awarding body, and our advice does not constitute legal, financial or investment advice.
6. Anti-bribery and ethics
We do not offer or accept bribes or improper payments, and we support the objectives of the Anti-Corruption Act, No. 9 of 2023.
